At Arrowmuse Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide transparent and fair policies for our subscription services. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures.

1. Subscription Plan
Arrowboost offers a single subscription plan that includes 5 users by default.
Additional user seats can be purchased as needed.
2. Adding & Removing Users
Add Users :Additional user seats can be added anytime, and charges will apply on a prorated basis for the current billing cycle.
Remove Users :Seats can be removed, but changes will take effect from the next billing cycle.
3. Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime from your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Once canceled, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for unused days within a billing cycle.
Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases, such as:
- Duplicate payments due to a technical error
- Service downtime exceeding 7 consecutive days due to issues within our control
5. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default unless canceled before the renewal date.
Renewal reminders may be sent via email or in-app notifications.
