Arrowmuse Technologies Private Limited ("we") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we use and protect it.

Account information you provide: name, business name, email, phone, GSTIN, address. Business data you enter: invoices, bills, contacts, inventory, and accounting records. Payment information: processed by our payment partner (Razorpay) — we do not store your full card or bank details on our servers. Technical & usage data: device, browser, IP, and how you interact with the Service.

To create and manage your account, provide the Service, process payments, provide support, secure the platform, comply with legal obligations, and (with your consent) send product updates.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service (e.g. payment processing, cloud hosting), strictly as needed; and authorities where required by law.

Your data is hosted on secure infrastructure located in India. We use encryption in transit and access controls. Payment processing follows PCI-DSS standards via our payment partner. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Subject to law, you may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for non-essential processing. To exercise these, email hello@arrowboost.in.

We retain your data while your account is active and as required to meet legal and accounting obligations. On account closure, you may export your data; we then delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, except where law requires longer retention.
