Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for Arrowboost subscriptions. We keep it clear and specific.

1. Free plan

The Free plan has no charge, so there is nothing to refund.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@arrowboost.in. On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; it will not renew thereafter. You retain access until the period ends.

3. Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions are charged in advance for the month. Once a monthly billing period has begun, the fee for that month is non-refundable. You may cancel to stop future renewals.

4. Annual plans

If you cancel an annual subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal and have made only limited use of the Service, you are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but your access continues until the end of the paid year.

5. Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you are charged in error or twice for the same period, contact us and we will refund the incorrect amount in full.

6. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to reflect.

7. How to request

Email hello@arrowboost.in with your registered account email and the reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
