Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Arrowboost (the "Service"), a software product owned and operated by Arrowmuse Technologies Private Limited ("Arrowmuse", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you register. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure.

Arrowboost is a cloud-based billing, GST, accounting, and business-management tool for small and medium businesses in India. We provide the software "as a service" on a subscription basis. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Arrowboost provides software tools to help you manage invoicing, GST, and accounts. It does not constitute professional tax, legal, or accounting advice. You remain solely responsible for the correctness of your records, returns, and statutory filings, and for compliance with applicable laws. We recommend you consult a qualified Chartered Accountant or tax professional.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment partner. Prices are displayed in INR and are exclusive of applicable GST (currently 18%), which will be added. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You retain ownership of the business data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. We handle your data per our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: using it for unlawful purposes, attempting to breach security or access other tenants’ data, reverse-engineering the Service, or reselling it without authorisation.

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used unlawfully.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arrowmuse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your reliance on outputs you are responsible for verifying. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: hello@arrowboost.in.
